Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, you can request for a cancellation till before shipment. Your money will be refunded via your original payment gateway once the cancellation is authorised. Please note that settlement will take 5-6 working days to reflect in your account.

However, once the shipment is out for delivery, we will not be able to stop it. In such a scenario there will be no refunds.

Received a damaged/spoilt/rotten mango? Contact us and we will have it replaced! *

It is our endeavour to deliver our mangoes to you in the finest condition possible, but sometimes due to the delicate nature of mangoes, particularly Alphonso mangoes – them being a highly perishable commodity, there are times when you might receive the odd damaged/spoilt/rotten mango in spite of our best efforts. Damages also occur sometimes due to mishandling during transit while shipping. Also, the vagaries of nature are such that sometimes a perfectly good looking mango from the outside could be spoilt/rotten from the inside due to n number of reasons including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, unseasonal rainfall etc.

Whichever be the case, in the event of you receiving a damaged/spoilt/rotten mango, please click a picture of the said mango and WhatsApp it to us on +91 9867937456 or e-mail it to us at within 4 hours of delivery, and we will make arrangements to have it replaced or adjusted against your next purchase through a discount coupon.

We send replacement if 40% more mangoes damaged/spoil/rotten not on inside problem of mango which is regular problem of alphonso mango, but sometime we manage only that.

We would like to make it clear that the final decision for replacement rests solely with If the damage has happened during shipment then we will also be forwarding your complaint to our courier partner and resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
